The scope includes the full repair and improvement of North Street. This will include the east and west portions of North Street, minus the Union Pacific easement. Work must be completed within 30 days of the contract award. Work shall be completed by January 30, 2025 . The City is seeking bids from qualified roofing contractors road repair services for North Street. 1. Pavement Repair and Overlay: Milling of existing pavement surfaces to prepare for new overlay. Application of new asphalt overlay to improve surface quality and extend the lifespan of the road. 2. Base and Sub-base Repairs: Excavation and repair of the road base and sub-base to ensure structural integrity. Replacement of unsuitable materials with appropriate aggregates. 3. Drainage Improvements: Installation or repair of storm drainage systems to prevent water accumulation and flooding. Cleaning and maintenance of existing drainage ditches and culverts. 4. Curb, Gutter, and Turnaround Construction: Repair or replacement of damaged curbs and gutters.
