Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Mundelein High School District 120 in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid shall be submitted with the Bid. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of Mundelein High School District 120 for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Mundelein High School District 120 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities, technicalities and irregularities in the bidding.
