The Work shall take place at Lincoln-Way Central and East High Schools. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the home bleachers and track at the Central stadium, construction of a toilet building at the Central stadium and removal of paint from the existing gymnastics gymnasium ceiling deck including repainting of the space at East. Work is to be awarded as a single contract. Refer to the Drawings and Project Manual for the full extent of the Work. No oral interpretations will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Specifications or the Drawings. Every request for an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Architect. Any inquiry received 3 (three) or more days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids will be given consideration Phase One: Work required for all scope except removal and replacement of the stadium bleachers at Lincoln-Way Central, including foundations and paving underneath, shall begin at the commencement of Work on June 2, 2025. Phase One shall be substantially complete and ready for occupancy on or before August 1, 2025, and achieve Final Completion by August 8, 2025. Phase Two: Work required for removal and replacement of the stadium bleachers at Lincoln-Way Central, including foundations and paving underneath, shall begin on November 24, 2025. Phase Two shall be substantially complete and ready for occupancy on or before February 6, 2026, and achieve Final Completion by February 13, 2026. Location - CENTRAL: 1801 E.
