The proposed project will consist of demolition and removal of a commercial structure including foundations, retaining walls, flatwork, curb, and landscape and then filling any voids, grading, placing topsoil and seeding areas. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Village of New Lenox reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities in bidding.
