Reference Number 0000283057 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/13 12:00:00 AM CST Pricing Lump sum Supply and apply approximately 36,000 tonnes of Traffic Gravel Class “C” on specified roads. Supply 4,000 tonnes of Traffic Gravel Class “C” as a stockpile in the RM yard at the beginning for the contract. The RM will endeavor to be plus or minus 15% of tendered quantity. The RM reserves the right to add or remove roads and adjust quantities as needed. Ability to provide timely unlimited gravel for flood events at the same cost. An additional $ TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars will be charged if the work is not completed by August 1st, 2025 with an additional daily penalty of $200.00 being charged until the contract has been completed.
