Minor drain rehabilitation of the Lafond Drain, consisting of approximately 3.7 km of drain excavation involving shaping and trimming of channel bottom and slopes starting from the east side of PR 246 at PT River Lot 256, Parish of Ste. Agathe, east to N ½ 4-4-2E, RM of Montcalm. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Working Days Will Be Assessed by the Engineer Starting Seven Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work Drain Excavation Removing Metal Pipe Culverts (X3) Installing Metal Pipe Culvert (X1) Liquidated Damages the Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Twenty (20) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed.
