Remove existing 900mm, 1300mm and 1400mm x 23.5m long CSP culverts and install two (2) new 2400mm x 34.4m long CSP with concrete headwalls on Municipal Road No. 6E at Taylor Drain in NE 24-06-01E, in the Rural Municipality of Morris. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Notwithstanding Specification 13.5.2, Working Days Will Be Assessed by the Engineer Starting Thirty Five (35) Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work: Water Control Removing Structural Plate Culverts Waste Excavation (Truck Hauled) Cofferdam Construction Liquidated Damages the Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Thirty Five (35) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is April 1 - June 15 of Every Calendar Year.
