Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Morris, Manitoba. Design plans call for the construction of a 50-unit elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Development of an assisted living residence in Morris to act as the hub for future seniors' residences in the RRHS-catchment area. Located adjacent and connected to the Morris Multi Plex creating a community campus for senior residents. The assisted living residence will utilize existing commercial kitchen space in the Multi Plex for resident food services. The assisted living facility is envisioned to include: a mix of fifty 1 & 2-bedroom units; link to the Morris Multi Plex; roof top terrace; covered parking spaces; outdoor community green space & service areas (common dining, laundry, etc.) TIMELINE: Project is on hold. Design is schematic only at this time. Currently undergoing cost rationalization. Updates may be available late 2025.
