Reference Number 0000269997 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/21 12:00:00 PM CDT Supplying, crushing, loading, hauling and depositing Traffic Gravel Class "A" Limestone in the RM's of Macdonald and Morris. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES SUB COMPLETION All work necessary for the completion of Supply/Deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "A" Limestone site no's. 1-3 shall be completed free of daily liquidated damages on or before JUNE 21, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. COMPLETION All work necessary for the completion of Supply/Deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "A" Limestone site no's. 4-11shall be completed free of daily liquidated damages on or before JULY 19, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. The maximum liquidation damage charge at any given time shall be FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. The distribution of the material to the road shall not commence until June 3, 2024, unless otherwise permitted by the Engineer.
