Remodeling of a residential development in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the remodel of a residential development.
Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority (MVPHA) is accepting sealed bids for the following: partial remodeling service of 30 bathrooms at the community of Tres Arboles MVPHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities. Any technical questions regarding this IFB are to be submitted in writing to Mr. Gilbert Cruz, Mod/Maintenance Manager at gcruz@mvpha.org. Questions will be accepted until noon on December 13, 2024. MVPHA will issue Addenda, as necessary, on or before December 18 ,2024. Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Section 3 clause set forth in 24 CFR Part 135.38 is applicable to this solicitation.
