Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
These Special Conditions, together with the accompanying documents and maps listed under SC-1 and the Referenced Specifications listed in these documents, cover the requirements for the work as listed in the bid, including incidental appurtenant work. The City reserves the right to shorten, add to, or change the list of work given below. It is intended, at this time, that the following work will be accomplished under this contract The application of crack sealant to various city streets and construction traffic control. See Attachment A for street list and estimated quantities. Reference Number 0000372777 The City Of Las Cruces Is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Contractors For Roadway Crackseal Services An acceptable bidder's bond payable to the City in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total for the bid submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required.
