Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the construction of a 4,000-square-foot educational facility.
The Las Cruces Public Schools is requesting a proposal to provide design services for the development of design documents for construction of a new 4,000sf CTE Building on the RGPI Campus in Mesilla, NM. The new RGPI CTE Building shall include a CTE shop, classroom, restrooms, storage room and associated spaces. Site work shall include sidewalks, concrete pad outside shop, fenced yard including slide gate and all required drainage and utilities. As of November 3, 2025, construction documents are underway for this project. Bidding is expected for March 2026. A firm timeline for construction has not been reached.
