Base Bid Scope of work /Bid Lots are shown on AS -101, A-101 and A-107 Bid Lot #1 a Stair Tower. Site improvements include public parking and secure parking areas with access control to manage semis trucks and firetrucks access. Project site at NMSU Tortugas Trail, west of water tank, Las Cruces, New Mexico. Bidders are advised that the following is included in the contract: 1. Liquidated damage clause. 2. State Wage Rates and Federal wage rate / 3. Public Works and Apprenticeship and Training Act. 4. Five percent (5%) Preference applicable to qualified New Mexico Contractors. 5.
