Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in New Orleans, Louisiana. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a municipal facility.
The goal of the project activities is to modernize and renovate the ferry terminal building by adding a 2nd floor for office space, and converting the 1st floor to be an air-conditioned space that would be able to host a range of uses, including retail. As of December 4, 2024, this project should begin in March of 2025.
