**As of February 4 , 2025, project was awarded to Millennium Construction & Contracting, awarded amount is $377,705.42 This project will consist of demolition of the existing production pond, construction of raceways, and construction of an enclosed building for those new raceways. The project also includes site and grading improvements and tying in to existing infrastructure. for the Tillett Rearing Station - Production Raceways Construction, Big Horn County, Wyoming, 195 County Road 16, Tillett, WY 82431. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the electronic by 5:00 p.m. MT on January 7, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the electronic or in the form of a written addendum posted on by 3:00 p.m. MT on January 14, 2025. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 7, 2025, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashiers check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
