Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: Provide all design, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace the failed air-cooled chiller. The intent of this project is to provide a complete and operational chiller system. Install new structural framing to support a new 140-ton air-cooled chiller adjacent to the existing/temporary chiller location. New chiller shall be located at least 4 feet above the elevation of the existing chiller pad. Provide all new supporting elements necessary to support the new chiller. Provide catwalk with railing around the new chiller to provide access to all points of the new chiller without the need for ladders or other man-lifting equipment. Provide new electrical service and equipment for the new chiller. Electrical service shall be above the flood level for the area. At the end of the project, the temporary chiller is to be turned over to NASP FMD (Facilities Maintenance Division). The existing failed chiller is currently with NASP FMD and shall remain so. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 150 calendar days
