Reference Number 0000363824 JCPL is requesting quotes for installation services and replacement of LED lighting for three buildings: Library Service Center Lakewood Library / Administration Golden Library 10500 W. 38th Ave 10200 W 20th Ave 1019 10th Street Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 Lakewood, CO 80215 Golden, CO 80401 The selected supplier will be responsible for removing all the old ballast and lamps from the fixtures. The supplier will be responsible for disposing of all lamps and ballasts properly and providing JCPL with a recycling manifest at the end of the project. The selected supplier will be responsible for completing all rebate paperwork and subtracting the rebate from the final invoice total. The supplier will be expected to provide a 1-year all-inclusive labor warranty and 5-year material warranty from the date of final completion. The supplier will put together an anticipated schedule detailing project milestones and staffing. Maps and spread sheets denoting type and quantity are enclosed. We are asking if there are any changes in manufacturer / brand that the quality be the same or better materials. Suppliers will be responsible for applying and completing all rebate application processing. Rebates are preferred to be handled entirely by the supplier chosen for this work. Either offset the cost of final billing or be sent directly to JCPL for check processing deposit. JCPL is targeting to have this project completed as early as possible in 2025. We are hoping to minimize any disruption to these locations by completing the work as promptly as possible. We have a strong preference to have work completed while the libraries are closed to patrons for the Golden library and Lakewood Library. The Library hours: Sunday 12pm-5pm, Monday - Thursday 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Library Service Center and Library Administration are not open to the public and may have more flexible working hours as pre-approved by the JCPL Facilities Managers.
