The Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District (CCRHD) is soliciting proposals for the Design Build of a new building in 100 Mile House. BC The lower floor of the building should contain the following: Employee Offices (6) Manager Offices (2) Boardroom sized for seating of approximately 20-25 people Committee Meeting Room / Lunch Room Men’s and Women’s Washrooms Reception Area Mechanical, IT and Storage Rooms The upper floor of the building should contain the following: 3 Suites that should be: 1 - 3 bdrm 2 bath (1 main and 1 ensuite) with laundry, kitchen, dining and family areas and 2 - 1 bdrm 1 bath with laundry, kitchen, dining and relaxing areas. Each suite should each have it’s own storage room Suites should have an independent heating system Suites should have non carpet floors. The 1 Bdrm Suites would share an exterior entrance and deck. The 3 Bdrm Suite would have it’s own exterior entrance and deck. Deck must have a solid floor to facilitate enclosed storage spaces below. Exterior power required for 10 staff and for each of the apartments to facilitate winter plug- in. The building is to be constructed with energy efficiency in mind and shall be complete with an independent back up power source. Demolition of the existing structures, ensuring zoning compliance and obtaining the required Development Permit will be the responsibility of the Cariboo Chilcotin Regional Hospital District. The successful proponent will be responsible for obtaining all other required permits. The proposal should include an approximate schedule of construction.
