Question Acceptance Deadline 12/18/2024 05:00 PM EST General Requirements - Insurance Required Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) of 15 percent and Woman Business Enterprises (WBE) of 6 percent. The project will include a review of the existing Smart Sewer and Drain program, preparation of a draft and final work plan, and implementation of the approved monitoring plan. The field work plan will be delivered by the selected firm that provides a comprehensive outline of the proposed data collection methodology, including hardware installation and maintenance plan, and recommendations for long-term implementation of the program, (by the Commission or other parties) beyond the contract period. The project will include up to 125 level sensors, and up to 10 flow meters. The selected firm will also provide the Commission with a monitoring plan which, once approved, will be implemented. The monitoring plan will include a real-time monitoring platform that will allow for the digital visualization of sewer and drain performance (e.g., water level and flow) on a continuous basis. The real time-monitoring platform will consist of multiple data displays providing graphical representations of the various data sets in a visually appealing and readily understandable format. Additionally, the platform will be able to integrate and leverage other data information systems used by the Commission, such as sewer, drain, and water models and the CSO monitoring program, to provide meaningful analysis and forecasting to the Commission.
