The RM of Piapot No. 110 is currently accepting tenders for the 2025 loading, hauling, and spreading requirements of the municipality. a. Gravelling must be completed within the specific timeframe set out in the contract b. Gravel Pits: i. Pit #1 'Scott Pit' - NE 5-10-22-W3 ii. Pit #2 'Kriwoken Pit' - NE 16-9-23-W3 iii. Pit #3 'Glennie Pit" - SW 29-9-24-W3 iv. Pit #4 'Kramer Pit' - SE 28-12-28-W3 (pending) c. Hauler must adhere to the maximum weight restrictions of the road being travelled at a speed of 60 km/hour loaded d. Hauler must have access to a minimum of two (2) truck units e. Hauler must supply own loader with a working scale a. The successful bidder must shall supply all supervision, labour materials, equipment, tools, and all other things necessary for the complete supply of the work as indicated by the specifications listed above. b. The unit price shall include the supply of all supervision labour, materials, equipment, tools, and all other things necessary for the complete supply of the work. The Municipality reserves to itself, the right to reject any or all tenders, and/or waive any minor non-compliance, if the RM is of the opinion that it does not result in a Bidder receiving an unfair advantage over another Bidder.
