This project is to relocate a billboard currently located in the Arizona Department of Transportation's (ADOT) right-of-way for the I-11 West T.I. project. ADOT submitted an appraisal report for the sign and will need to reimburse the City for the design for the relocation that was completed prior to the permit's denial. This sign was in conflict with the new alignment of the West TI. A new site will need to be established and billboards constructed to capture highway 68 and 93 traffic. As of August 15, 2025, this project is included in the City of Kingman FY 2026-2030 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
