Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Kingman, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

All questions must be received by 12:00 pm, on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City. Delays due to mail and/or delivery services will not be considered excusable to the time requirements contained within this IFB. The right is hereby reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereto, to waive any informality in any proposal, and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful to any contract with the City of Kingman. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 12:00 pm, Arizona time, on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
