Description

Remodeling of a municipal facility in Kingman, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

The City of Kingman is soliciting sealed bids (Invitation for Bids or "IFB") from qualified vendors capable of providing Remodel of Powerhouse Conference Room including moveable divider panels. Criteria for selection will be overall cost (to include shipping and taxes) and the ability to meet delivery dates listed. Bidders wishing to submit questions must do so through the procurement portal by no later than 5:00 pm, Arizona time, on Thursday, June 19, 2025. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any bid when cancellation is in the best interest of the City. Delays due to mail and/or delivery services will not be considered excusable to the time requirements contained within this IFB. The right is hereby reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereto, to waive any informality in any proposal, and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful to any contract with the City of Kingman. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
