Successful bidder shall provide services for Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Services, as outlined in this document, on a schedule to be acceptable to the City. The work described herein involves the ongoing mowing, trimming and landscape care of the cemetery grounds including the clean-up of clippings, branches, and garbage at the two city-owned cemetery sites. The work also includes a spring and fall fertilization program to be provided by the Page 4 of 10 Successful Bidder and/or under a sub-contract to the Successful Bidder. Alternative bid separate proposal for weed control services. Attached to this Invitation to Bid is a list and a map of the two (2) cemetery locations for reference in preparing bids. All bids shall be submitted in accordance to these specifications. All prospective bidders are invited to direct any necessary questions to Jessica Puroll, City Clerk/Treasurer, at 231-582-0334 or via email to jpuroll@boynecity.com The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
