Request for Proposals New Construction: Testing & Engineering Services For a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Project The Pyramid Lake Housing Authority (PLHA), hereinafter called the OWNER, will receive written proposals to provide New Construction Testing & Engineering Services for Sacred Visions Subdivision - 76 Site Development to be constructed in Wadsworth, Nevada at the Sacred Visions Subdivision site on the Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation. This solicitation is subject to the requirements of the Indian Self Determination Act, Section 7, and preference for training, employment and administration of any contract, subcontract, grant or sub-grant and must provide, to the greatest extent feasible, preference and opportunities to Indians. The proposal shall include the following items, to be considered at a minimum: Name and address of firm/individual submitting the proposal. Proposed FeeDescription of firm's/individual's services and abilities that relate directly to the project.Qualifications of individuals and consultants on the firm's project team.References from clients for whom similar projects were completed. The Pyramid Lake Housing Authority shall use the significant evaluation factors listed below and all proposals should understand the factors which will enter the evaluation of proposals and their relative importance. Factors for evaluation in this case will fall into five priorities. (50 points) Statement of Work and Technical Qualifications. After the closing time and date, the proposals will be reviewed, and all firms/individuals' proposals will be presented to the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for contract award. The Pyramid Lake Housing Authority reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive any informality.
