Renovation of an educational facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a service provider to build and install two electrical panels, conduct cabling and connection among panels and four transformers, and to workbenches. The first panel will house five contactors, two on the 480VAC feeds and three on the transformer sides. The second panel houses a 13.8kV disconnect switch. The vendor also needs to establish 200A, 480V cables from existing feed panels to the first panel, and from the first panel to a variable transformer (variac), two 480/1090V transformers, and one 480/13,800V transformer. The vendor also needs to connect the output of the 13,800V to the second panel.
