Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (the City) to prospective Respondents to submit quotations for 2024-115-CQ Wilson Fields East - Optimist Field - Parking Lot Improvements as further described in Appendix C of the RFQ Particulars. The City is seeking qualified contractors to supply all labour, materials, equipment, etc. to improve Wilson Fields East - Optimist Park, located on St. Joseph Road, Lindsay. The work includes but is not limited to: all removals, installation of concrete paving, site safety fence, tree hoarding, grading-rough/fine, asphalt paving, granular installation, earthwork, sod, line painting, furniture installation, boulder relocation, restoration and clean-up all in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
