No definite date for the award.** Removal of Existing Roof and Replacing With 30 Year Architectural Shingles of Bid Copies: 2 Project Location: 49 Bridge Street, Saint Matthews SC 29135 qualified vendors to remove existing shingles, repair any damaged decking (plywood or shiplap), and install new, 30-year, architectural shingles (Weathered Wood) color. Question Deadline 12/12/2024 at 1:00 PM ET All questions should be emailed to: Marc Briggman, Procurement Office mbriggman@calhouncounty.sc.gov Calhoun County is securing proposals from qualified vendors to remove existing shingles, repair any damaged decking (plywood or shiplap), and install new, 30-year, architectural shingles (Weathered Wood) color. The contractor is responsible for removing and repairing any damaged areas. Contractor shall install underlayment, drip edge, applicable flashing, and ridge cap as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Decking repair pricing to be submitted in unit pricing per square foot or linear foot.
