Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Matthews, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Calhoun County is securing proposals from qualified vendors to remove existing shingles, repair any damaged decking (plywood), and install new, 30-year, architectural shingles (Black) color. Question Acceptance Deadline 04/23/2025 01:00 PM EDT All questions should be emailed to: Marc Briggman, Procurement Office mbriggman@calhouncounty.sc.gov Calhoun County is securing proposals from qualified vendors to remove existing shingles, repair any damaged decking (plywood), and install new, 30-year, architectural shingles (Black) color. The contractor is responsible for removing and repairing any damaged areas. Contractor shall install underlayment, drip edge, applicable flashing, and ridge cap as per the manufacturer's instructions. Decking repair pricing to be submitted in unit pricing per square foot or linear foot Site Visit: A Site Visit will be available by request prior to submission deadline. The site visit will allow each Vendor the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the work area and all conditions that may affect time, cost, or project performance. Vendors will also have the opportunity to ask questions that pertain to the project and take measurements during the site visit. Visits must be scheduled with Marc Briggman.
