Detroit Public Schools Community District is seeking trade contractors for the Facility Master Plan Series 5 roofing work. All questions are to be directed to the Construction Manager. No direct contact with the Owner or Architect is requested. All questions must be in writing and submitted via online , no later than December 16, 2024, at 3:00pm. All proposals submitted shall remain valid for a period of one-hundred twenty (120) days after the bid date. Brinker-Christman, a Joint Venture and Detroit Public Schools Community District reserve the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal, which, in their opinion, will serve their best interest. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond made payable to Brinker-Christman, a Joint Venture in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid as a bid security. Electronic copies of Bid Bonds must be submitted in online with completed Trade Contract Proposal Form. If bidders do not wish to furnish a bid bond, bid security may also be submitted in the form of certified check, cashiers' check, or money order to the Construction Manager at the address listed above, prior to the deadline for proposals. All proposals submitted shall remain valid for a period of one-hundred twenty (120) days after the bid date.
