As of June 13, 2025, an engineer has been selected for the project. Per the owner, bidding and construction is estimated to take place in mid 2027. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Herkimer located in Herkimer County, NY seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide preliminary design, final design, right of way, construction support and inspection services for replacement of the existing culvert that carries Osborne Hill Road over unnamed tributary to the West Canada Creek. Contract term: December 2024 through November 2027 Location: Town of Herkimer, NY CR Number: 2116343 Contract Award - 5/2026 All questions and/or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing to the project administrator, which is the Town Supervisor. The Town may issue an addendum for clarificationof any items. All such inquiries must be submitted and received by the Town of Herkimer by the close of business on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
