The City of Villa Rica will review all responses, and they will ultimately be ranked according to this document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Instructions for preparation and submission of a response are contained in the packet. Responses must be typed. Responses submitted as a result of this invitation must include all required documents and shall be returned in a sealed envelope or container marked, SEALED RFQ for Villa Rica Comprehensive Safety Action Plan" on the outside. Responses may not be considered unless received. Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted in writing at least 17 days prior to the above-mentioned due date. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for response will be promulgated to all email addresses as an addendum.
