WTE Sulfuric Acid All addendums including Questions and Answers, solicitation and supporting documents Scope of Work The City of Tampa's Waste to Energy Facility needs periodic Sulfuric Acid deliveries for use in treatment of PH in the cooling tower and regeneration of the demineralizer system. Woman-Owned/Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (WMBE) and Small/Local Business Enterprises (SLBE) are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The City of Tampa has a managed Small and Local Busineess program to certify both its woman-owned, minority-owned, and small business vendors. Please be advised that even if you have a self declared attribute on the online system, your firm must complete the City of Tampa certification process in order to take advantage of the program benefits in City bidding opportunities.
