Renovation of a swimming pool in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Project Location: Gateway Commons Community Pool The District is seeking a vendor to remove existing doors and frames; procure new doors and frames; then install new doors and frames at the Gateway Commons Community Pool. The approximate door opening measurements are listed below but the vendor must perform their own measurements for accuracy of pricing and fit. All doors need to be ADA compliant with appropriate handles and thresholds. Doors must be constructed of corrosion-resistant and fire rating materials maintaining a minimum 3/8" clearance from the deck. For the chemicals storage door must have seals and gaskets to minimize air leakage. Florida Department of Health, Chapter 69E-9 Public Swimming Pools and Bathing Places. 64E-9 5-24-09 not coded The selected vendor will be responsible for debris containment at the site to ensure the pool and deck drains remain free of contamination. The vendor will also be required to dispose of all removed materials for the project. The vendor must furnish all tools, equipment and personnel required to complete the scope of work. Send completed invoices to accountspayable@gatewaydistrict.org and include a detailed breakdown of work completed and contact information. Proposals and invoicing should be specifically itemized for the work proposed and completed.
