Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Renovations to the Special Needs classroom at Dunbar School, along with repairs to the parking lot, which has experienced significant damage. The project also includes the replacement of tennis courts and the installation of lighting. SCOPE OF WORK: Includes, but is not limited to, providing all the necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, insurance, equipment, scaffolding, hoisting, fees, etc. necessary to provide the Fire Suppression for the Okmulgee Public Schools Bond Project, Okmulgee, Oklahoma in accordance with the Contract Documents. It is further understood and agreed that this Subcontract also includes the furnishing and installation of the below listed items regardless of whether or not they are in the listed specification section(s) or any other specification section(s), or shown on the plans. This scope listing is to be used as a guideline and should not be considered as an all-inclusive list of items required to provide a complete scope of work under this proposal. Drawing and detail references are provided for reference only and are not to be considered as all-inclusive of Contract Documents for the particular items referenced. (Please note: The word "provide" when used herein shall mean furnish and install completely, including all costs for labor, materials, equipment, hoisting, layout, scaffolding, ladders, staging, tools, rigging and any other appurtenances necessary to complete the Work.) Subcontractor has familiarized himself with the documents and has included those items of work shown and noted on the documents and all other equipment, devices and components that are not shownProvide and install a complete, code-compliant fire suppression system, including wet-type and dry-type sprinkler systems, per the Contract Documents and applicable building codes. 2. Furnish and install all required components including but not limited to sprinkler piping, heads, valves, tamper switches, fire alarm interface devices, backflow preventers, strainers, fittings, and fire riser systems. 3. Furnish and install dry pendant and flexible sprinkler heads for ceiling systems where heads are not visible. 4. All piping originates from a flange above the finished floor. 5. Provide necessary access panels and mock-up components. 6. Deliver delegated design and deferred submittals as specified. 7. Coordinate fire suppression work with food service equipment requirements and other trades to avoid conflicts. 8. Conduct required flow, system, and performance testing. 9. Provide temporary protection during draining, flushing, or testing to prevent damage to building surfaces. 10. Ensure the system is fully functional and compliant with all codes and specifications. 11. Expedite orders to meet the project's Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule. 12. Work overtime or weekends as needed to maintain deadlines, with additional crews for overlapping tasks. 13. Provide task lighting if necessary for installation. 14. Seal all penetrations, including fire caulking where applicable. 15. Submit RFIs prior to bid day to address ambiguities in Contract Documents. 16. Address damage to your work unless another trade is demonstrably responsible. 17. Comply with all General Notes, Key Notes, and Fire Protection Notes in the Contract Documents. 18. Provide complete fire suppression systems, including engineering and design, in accordance with the Project Documents. 19. Take all piping from a flange located above finished floor. 20. Provide all required permits. 21. Comply with all Keynotes, General Notes and Fire Protection General Notes 22. Take care during any testing, draining, or flushing of pipes to prevent staining of building or site paving. Provide temporary protection as required. 23. Provide flow testing as required. 24. Provide the fire riser, Complete 25. Review and coordinate all required work with food service equipment documents. 26. Provide and include all required components for mock-ups including their installation as indicated, specified, and required.
