The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services for the Glen Burnie HQ Complex Minority Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Respond to this Solicitation Questions Due Date: Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Local Time All questions, including concerns regarding any applicable MBE or VSBE participation goals, shall identify in the subject line the Solicitation Number and Title for this IFB and must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Procurement Officer no later than the date and time specified in the Key Information Summary Sheet. MBE Goal: 4% VSBE Goal: 0% SBR Designation: Yes The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to provide all equipment, insurance, labor, materials, permits, replacement parts, supervision, supplies, tools, transportation and service necessary to ensure the satifactory performance and efficent operation of the heating, air conditioning equipment, tempature contols and ancillary equipment as listed herein and located at the MVA HQ facility. The Contract that results from this solicitation shall be for a three (3) year term with one (1), two (2) year renewal options commencing as of the date the Contract is signed by the MVA. Approval of the Contract by the Board of Public Works will precede the final approval of the MVA, if such approval is required
