The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure Elevator Maintenance Services The scope of work includes routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of elevators across various MVA facilities. Bidders must be certified be a an MDOT Certified Small Business to be eligible for an award. A Contract shall be awarded to the responsible Bidder submitting a responsive Bid with the most favorable Bid Price for providing the goods and services as specified in this IFB. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes. Site Visit Location: Same as Pre-Bid To attend the site visit please contact the Procurement Officer via Email no later than December 15, 2025.
