Construction - Motor Vehicle Administration Close Out Room Repairs and Associated Site Work The Glen Burnie MVA Facility serves as the central hub for the Maryland Vehicle Administration, housing all key administrative functions as well as a branch to serve the public. This building is crucial for the daily operations of the MVA, supporting both internal staff and external customers. The building is designed to ensure smooth administrative operations and provide essential services to the public efficiently. The GB Closeout Room No. 6 is an essential space within the MVA Glen Burnie Facility. Repairing the leak and addressing the associated work, including other site-related tasks, is necessary to prevent further damage and ensure the space remains secure and functional. The timely and effective completion of these repairs will contribute to a safe and efficient environment for both employees and customers The goal of this project is to ensure the integrity and functionality of the GB Closeout Room #6 and its surrounding areas by addressing necessary repairs and associated site work. This includes: Repairing masonry, including infilling openings. Cleaning limestone units. Re-pointing existing mortar joints. Re-anchoring limestone veneer. The goal of this project is to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of elevators and dumbwaiters at the specified MVA locations by providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services. This will help maintain accessibility for both customers and employees, supporting the smooth operation of services across multiple floors.
