Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

This project has been guided by consultation with the Indigenous Talking Circle and the City of Burlingtons commitment to celebrating Indigenous Peoples traditions and unique culture. The project will consist of a ceremonial circle for full moon ceremonies (and other ceremonies) and a contemplative area near Tuck Creek with accessible trail connections to Centennial Trail. Project location is Sweetgrass Park (access from Woodview Road). Site Address: 555 Woodview Rd., Burlington, ON L7N 2Z9 The work shall include but may not be limited to the following: - Tree protection fencing and Moduloc (or equivalent) site security fencing. - Excavation, removals and disposal of excess soil etc. - Minor regrading and surface drainage improvements, includes fine grading, topsoil application and sod placement. - Supply and install asphalt pathway connections to Centennial Trail. - Supply and install concrete ceremonial circle and concrete surfaces. - Supply and install coloured (dyed) concrete perimeter curb and central raised curb (fire pit) at ceremonial circle. - Supply and install 300mm diameter culvert. - Supply and install site furnishings. - Install signage and posts (City to supply signs). - Installation of natural boulder seating stones (City to supply). - Supply and install native trees, cedars and pollinator perennials / sweetgrass plantings.
