Provision of Chemical Filtration Media Any Bid received after the date and time specified will be, if requested, returned unopened to the bidder. NO BIDS MAY BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY! BIDDER SHALL INCLUDE ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND ONE (1) COPY OF THE BID PACKAGE AND A CD ROM OR USB DRIVE VERSION IN A PDF FORMAT. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, cashier's check, or certified check for 10% of the amount of the Bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, whichever is the lesser. Certified or cashier's checks shall be made payable to the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority. BIDDERS MUST COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF N.J.S.A. 10: 5-31 et seq. AND N.J.A.C. 17:27-31 et seq. PERTAINING TO AFFIRMATIVE ACTION OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. The Authority reserves the right to reject Bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, waive immaterial informalities in accordance with applicable law, and award the contract to the lowest, responsible bidder. Any Bid submitted shall hold firm for sixty (60) days. Mutually agreed upon extensions of time may be made, if necessary, and in accordance with law. No Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the written consent of the Authority.
