sealed bids from qualified vendors to perform fire protection system services at various locations on an annual renewable contract basis. The County reserves the right at any time to add or delete locations/equipment to this contract. All components and systems shall be tested to verify that they function as intended by the manufacturer and in accordance to the standards of the National Fire Protection Association as well as with applicable local, State and Federal laws. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities. Deadline for requests for clarifications and questions. Any possible exceptions to the bid specifications and/or terms and conditions should be addressed during this phase. These requests will be answered in an addendum and must be emailed to: purchasing@co.henry.ga.us 3:00 PM December 10, 2024
