To solicit bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver AWWA C502 Dry Barrel Fire Hydrants (Mueller Super Centurion 250) per the below specifications for Gloucester County Public Utilities Department. The resulting agreements from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and the County reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation and the use of the contracted firms shall be at the sole discretion of the County Question Deadline 12/06/2024 at 4:00 PM ET All questions shall be submitted in writing email to Christine Calhoun, Contract Officer purchasing@gloucesterva.info or 804-693-1210. A Pre-Bid Conference is NOT scheduled for this solicitation. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality and to delete items before making an award. Bidders agree that decisions of the Purchasing Agent are final, and shall hold harmless the County, its departments, directors, employees, and consultants and others involved in solicitation and selection. The submission of a bid indicates acceptance of this condition.
