Renovation of a municipal facility in Gloucester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Gloucester is seeking bids from qualified firms (the "Bidder" or "Contractor") to furnish the goods and/or services described herein. Project Overview: To solicit bids from qualified firms to establish an agreement to provide all labor, materials, equipment, technical expertise, permitting and supervision to de-install and move an existing 200 KW diesel generator with a 392-gallon base tank for surplus sale by the County. Furnish and install a new 200KW generator in the vacated space of the previous generator. The resulting agreements from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and the services provided shall be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of work. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation and the use of the contracted firms shall be at the sole discretion of the County. Questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Buyer not later than TIME: 2:00 PM on April 22, 2025. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred).
