The City of Ozark, Missouri requests qualifications for engineering design and construction administration services to assist in a public facilities project to be partially financed with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The remainder of the project is being financed by the City. The project consists of grant administration, permit acquisition, creation of right-of-way/easement documentation, community outreach, contractor bid administration, engineering design services, and construction administration services. Question Deadline 01/03/2025 Any questions relative to interpretation of this RFQ shall be addressed to Cliff Spangler. Send questions to Cliff Spangler at cspangler@ozarkmissouri.org. It is the responsibility of all proposers to verify receipt of submittals. All submittals must be valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the close of this RFQ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
