The City of Ozark, Missouri, (hereinafter "City") is accepting competitive bids for the purchase and installation of new fencing on the north central ball field in Finley River Park, and other repairs/equipment pursuant to the Bid Specifications included herein. Generally, this will specified amounts of various heights of fencing and some other repairs/equipment at Finley River Park in Ozark, Missouri. Finley River Park is located at 891 N. Riverside Rd, Ozark MO 65721. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and appurtenances to perform the work. Project Scope: This request is to remove and replace all chain link on the middle baseball field, as well as minor repairs on the west field, located at the end of Finley River Park. This will include the following: Approximately 480' of 4' tall chain link fence on the outfield and sidelines An option to change the outfield and sideline fence to 5' tall should be included. Approximately 90' of 7' tall chain link Approximately 401' of 8' tall chain link to go in front of the dug outs Approximately 125 of 12' tall chain link for the back stop and first base sidelines. An option to remove the post from the dugout fences should be included, with park staff removing the roof if necessary for work to continue. Any repairs to existing equipment damaged in the project scope above including benches, concrete, lighting, or other items not listed should be considered in the quote. The City will consider the competency and responsibility of bidders in making the award. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the bids and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and laws governing the State of Missouri.
