The City of Rockport plans to apply for the upcoming Disaster Recovery Reallocation Program of the Texas General Land Office (GLO). Accordingly, the City of Rockport is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/Architectural Firm (individual/firm). These services are being solicited to assist the City of Rockport in its application preparation and project implementation of a DRRP contract(s), if awarded, to support eligible activities in the City of Rockport. The City of Rockport reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals.
