The eastern edge of the property has a .5 acres pond and has a USGS Blue Line Stream that runs into Buffalo Creek. This park will be connected to the Main Street Greenway, which is starting construction in spring 2025. The areas surrounding this property are predominantly residential homes and undeveloped land.
