Firm prices are solicited for a quantity of 10 portable litter fences for the Cowlitz County Landfill. Fences must include a blade or bucket lifting system and be constructed of wire mesh screening (or similar) able to withstand at least 50mph winds. Fences shall be a minimum of 24 feet in width and 15 feet in height. Cowlitz County will accept no additional charges including, but not limited to freight, fuel surcharges and other charges. This includes bulk orders processed by the vendor and drop shipped to the County. Prices may be increased with 30 days' notice from the vendor. The price increase will be limited to an amount equal to the increase in cost to the vendor by the manufacturer. Written proof of the cost increase from the manufacturer shall be provided upon request. Payment for the materials will be made according to State Statute, in the month following date of delivery, provided a detailed invoice has been furnished by the supplier. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids, and to accept the bid of the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the County.
