The scope of work for the rehabilitation of Well Nos. 5 and 6 including cleaning, water quality sampling, disinfection, pre- and post maintenance pumping tests, inspection of existing pumps and valves, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for this project. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE (412-264- 4400, Ext. 212). Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Coraopolis Water and Sewer Authority to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
