DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for preventative maintenance and servicing to a stationary nitrogen generator Model Number SNG II-408 15-460-3-60, manufactured by Bauer Compressors, Inc. of Norfolk, Virginia, at the 911th MXS, Pittsburgh Air Reserve Base, PA in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operations. The unit has approximately 54 operating hours, consists of a low-pressure module, membrane control module, and a high-pressure module that require periodical inspections/servicing requirements. These inspections and services are required every 500 operating hours, annually and biennially, over the course of the next five years. The contractor will use existing instructions to guide the maintenance and servicing requirements for the equipment and abide by these written publications. The contractor will deliver and provide qualified technicians to complete all inspections and servicing requirements. This solicitation will result in one (1) firm-fixed price order consisting of a base period of 12 months and 4 option year periods of 12 months each with a possible extension of up to 6 months per FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The proposed requirement is a 100% total Small Business set-aside. Quotes submitted by other than SB will not be considered. Question deadline: FRIDAY JULY 18, 2025 @ 11:59 am Eastern Time
